"In November of 2014, it was our pleasure at Marywood University to have Mr. O'Toole serve a residency on our campus. He counseled our students who were interested in composition and conducting as well as providing valuable feedback at our Wind Ensemble rehearsal. Most importantly, his composition ...As it is in Heaven (Fanfare and Processional) was was premiered on our concert. The work was commissioned by the Marywood University Centennial Project for the 100th Anniversary of Marywood University. The work was well received and has become an important component in Marywood's musical culture."
